You realise that obtaining a Business banking account isn't a requirement - You may use your personal bank account and this applies for LTD, Partnerships or sole traders..
I agree - the text size is too small and you should experiment with a transparent background to the logo.
I'd also remove the word Beta - it doesn't hold any meaning these days with Google over using the word.
for the UI menu, I'd space these out a little more and increase the size of the tabs - maybe splashing a bit of color on these wouldn't be a bad thing either.
Also, increase the size of the page name as you can easily miss it...I'd say this feels more like a word document that a web page at the moment?
$3,000. I would leave $2,500 in the bank (on the CC). Explore manufacturers in China – Perform a few searches on ebay to see which products are the most popular – Import a few widgets with the $500. Ensure you can sell for more than the product costs and shipping expenses are. Review ‘Product Differentiators’ online to ensure that you can sell your product for a higher price than others by describing it better and introducing a higher perceived value.
Could work...I would say $6,000 in the hole - $500 will not really change your predicament?
Exclusivity is always negotiable – length of agreement, type of exclusivity, comparative solutions etc. Non-Competitive clauses may help you reduce risk if your product functionality, as-is, is not exactly what they intend to use and redistribute.
I would push back on exclusivity, if not you can reduce the length of the agreement and maybe include the rights of the IP from the final product will be owned your organisation and licensed back to them.
