(not to be demeaning, but) Why? Halo 2 is playable, with first party support, via The Master Chief Collection today. They've even kept the button combinations (BXR, RRX, etc)
One of the (or maybe both) Nirvana ones are pretty good. He goes into how Cobain uses upper extensions/suspensions to give a melancholic feel. I think one of the Pearl Jam ones he throes the vocal chart on there too.
He's at his best when he's analyzing the vocal melody against the chord harmony (ie: they're using the #4 on the F for a Lydian feel to the 3rd on the Am)
Another 2015MBP stalwart here. I wasn't planning on upgrading to an ARM Mac.
I use BootCamp (daily lately, since we're in lockdown and it's snowing) for gaming on Windows with an eGPU. Neither of which are supported on the M1.
I'm considering selling my eGPU and just building a gaming PC (the M3 will likely be out by the time I pull trig though :/), but it was nice to have 1 machine do it all (work + play), especially since I didn't need the eGPU to play some couch co-op games (Cuphead, Castle Crashers, very cottage-friendly!)
Because of the release of GNOME $next, and the lack of interest in maintainership of GNOME $prev, the gnome-core product is being closed. If you feel your bug is still of relevance to GNOME $next, please reopen it and refile it against a more appropriate component. Thanks...

I think they're referring to the thermal throttling, and not the MBP forcing the discrete card when an external monitor is connected. As far as I know, there is no way around using the discrete card for external monitors (on my 2015MBP at least, I'm pretty sure the HDMI port is wired direct to the M370X).
I've solved the thermal issues by using an eGPU (like GP suggests)
My understanding is sometimes companies fudge the numbers though. If a $40 order has a $5 discount, they might consider $40 as revenue and put the $5 discount under a marketing expense
