Most likely they are just always connected while doing their work and so don’t bother to disconnect when slacking off either.

It must have been a shock to discover that (as in many companies) bosses view employee monitoring/surveillance as a core aspect of their job as "supervisors" (literally "overseers.")
Physically "disable" the spyware. Blame the damage that it must of been caused by said software

Let me get this straight, these guys are remotely connecting to their office desktops to watch recreational streaming videos? Why?
It's a far worse viewing experience with zero upside vs streaming locally, not to mention the waste of resources on both ends.
