They were selling old stock as recently as 10 years ago or so. But there's no inventory left now. People say you can still talk to the owner if you call the number on the site.

Even 20 years ago, $200 for a PCI IDE card (unless there's something very Apple-specific about it) seems extremely overpriced. They are around 1/10th of that price now.

AFAICR, the feature one had to pay for was ROM containing PowerPC code. It made Apple-compatible PCI cards much more expensive than x86-compatible. Especially video.

I don't remember exactly, but it was definitely less than $100.
