Nice post. IMHO, one of the biggest problem India is facing (or will face in the near future) is the quality of education. Our so called professional colleges have been churning out millions of Engineers and MBAs every year, but only a few of them are employable. The younger generation sees education as just a way to get a job to make money. The private managements which run the colleges consider education as a lucrative money making business.
This has to change. We may be having some IITs and IIMs which might be making us proud, but if we want to sustain development and create a strong workforce, then we have to start working from the beginning. Revamp the courses at schools. Throw away the age-old syllabuses and bring in new generation ones.
But in a country where a cartoon of a political figure caused one of the biggest uproars of recent times, I can only express my sympathy to the future generations.
I have worked in 3 different organizations in India and myitreturn.com was commonly used everywhere. So, you have some tough competition.
Also, have you thought about the cash inflow. During the filing time (April-July), we will have people paying for the service, but what about the rest of the year?
Is thie guy Rocky related to DailyDeals? (See his email address at the conclusion). If so, then I would say that Techcrunch ran this post in bad taste.
Couple of years back, I was flying to the USA from India via Heathrow and had around 6 hours transit in between. There was no immigration check..and it was from Terminal 5.
A demo was shown last week on Nat Geo's I didn't know that. It was pretty impressing how fast it turned from a normal tent to concrete one. This will be really useful for setting up temporary shelters in disaster affected areas.
"After an in-depth analysis of the laptop, my conclusion was that this software was installed by the manufacturer, Samsung. I removed the keylogger software, cleaned up the laptop, and continued using the computer."
So, the author, Mohamed Hassan was able to uninstall a software which was never installed? I think he would have deleted the folder in question and called that un-installing!!
The reason they are building skyscrapers, race-tracks etc is that once the oil run out, Dubai shouldn't see an exodus. They want to become the financial capital of Asia and keep the money flowing in.
The negative with Like.fm is that I have to install a Like client on my laptop to track my music habits. I don't want to clutter my laptop with unnecessary software.
