No offence you seem rather ignorant and naive regarding the independence of the Federal Reserve System.
1. A) The Fed is termed "classically independent" from the political establishment, however this of course does not necessarily translate into practical independence. As I am sure you are aware the nomination process for members of the BoG is political, as is membership to the FOMC. Arguably the members of the BoG and FOMC are very heavily influenced by corporate agendas or at least participate in perpetuation of moral hazard of Wall Street. Given even an elementary review of the history and creation of the Federal Reserve System it is laughable you think it is independent in agenda and in service to the American Citizen via it's dual mandate.
B) You are correct the Fed is horrible at maintaining its dual mandate. It engages in data manipulation and statistical massages complicit with the BLS to hide the true extent of dollar devaluation, unemployment and GDP.

i am indian and let me tell you, being indian is actually a great thing. we have beautiful people and we have ugly people. just like any race. I for 1 am a great person, have great friends, and i take care of every one that is in my life and i am glad to do it, and for that i have people that love me around me. also, indian parents are one of the best parents you can have. sometimes they can be really strict, but they will take care of you no matter what, and they will buy you what ever it is that you need. as long as your not a selfish head. Also, we all have great jobs, lots of money and a family that we all love and take care off. you are a disgrace op.
