yes. weev would run botnets, send spam for money, break into computers, and once or twice egged people to their deaths. fortunately for him, the friends of his that would remember this (generally) don't live long, so he gets to re-invent himself every few years. I guess this time he's the savior of the internet, which is darkly ironic, considering he owned about half of the people who filed for this brief at one point or another.
