i know nothing about cryptography, but come on one way function can be explained way better than that. haven't seen such bad writing with so many likes.
terrible explanation imo since the algorithm is still not clear to me. how about: 3+7 is 10 and 2+8 is also 10. Given the expression you can find the sum, but given the sum it's very hard to find the expression. This becomes harder for bigger number of course.
