For most people nowadays, "the cloud" probably doesn't have anything to do with accessing an FTP server... specifically not a public FTP server unless the cloud hosts are absolutely careless...
I remember using sites like http://ftpsearch.ntnu.no probably 15 years ago to find very interesting files on public FTP servers (but I don't think that this one exists anymore)
A battery swap while on the move might be more efficient/faster then a charge on the move. (But it would be nice if the next-gen solar panels installed on a car would be efficient enough to provide enough power for a car drive)
next, Google will do away with it's inflated search result count (ie: "About 171,000,000 results" turns out to really be 322 results if you search for: youtube 301, on Google, on my computer)
You are basically unprotected 100% of the time anyways... as long as you are not a target, you should be ok.
Also, I think that Microsoft have been doing monthly security updates for many years... and once in a while, they push an update early for very severe bugs.
