Scrolling my mouse wheel up once increases scale to 101 and then going back one takes the scale to "1" but the object is super tiny (does not seem to be really "1")
It's a big shell game, hospitals send big bills because they can't legally bill people differently and they know insurance companies are going to be paying pennies on the dollar for their procedures so naturally they crank it up so those pennies from insurance companies will cover their costs knowing they will never see anything close to what's on that bill.
I don't know how it works in Cali but in most other places if the landlord shares the property (like they themselves are also a tenant) they can be as discriminating as they want.
Our professors in my EGR100 class warned us about this, even using the school's computers to work on a non-school related project could give the school possible IP claims.
I'd let them choose what they want, let them quickly realize what works best for them, forcing them into a corner is only going to stifle them ("Hmm, I know how to do this with Django but not in rails/laravel/groovy/etc...fuck it let's dumb it down and get it to work..)
