You need the same (and probably more) robust controls in place as you would use for a more junior developer.
A human will be influenced by the potential outcome of any proposed solution. For example they might worry about the impact to their employment status if they are wrong, while an LLM will just spit out an answer that is "most likely correct".

Just a quick point of clarification for anyone trying to look this up. The correct term is "gauge" (distance between the rails) instead of "wheelbase" (distance between front and rear wheels). Most European countries use tracks with a gauge of 1,435mm but Ukraine uses 1,520mm.

I've moved on to MacOS for work and Arch Linux for home but Slackware will always have a special place as my intro to Linux and understanding what actually goes on beneath the surface on a computer.
I can't count the number of late-night hours I spent in high school learning about Linux and playing DroidBattles on a second-hand, beat-up Toshiba Portégé running Slackware.
Jokes aside, I feel like Slashdot has had some issues for a while and the purchase by Dice just accelerated them. They want a large amount of ad revenue from a niche site. It's hard to have quality and quantity, especially when you are more focused on the money.
- A lot of people who I think of as 'general users' flocked to Slashdot because it was the place to be if you wanted to know what was going on in the tech world.
- The quality of Slashdot moderation -> articles -> comments declined overtime. Possibly, this was to attract more general users for ad revenue.
- Slashdot moderation isn't as centralized or enforced as HN or a sub Reddit. This isn't a problem if everyone wants to stay on topic and discuss the details of the article but with so many general users you end up with:
- "Beta"
- "Typical Slashdot"
- "I for one welcome our new [INSERT TOPIC] overlords"
as highly rated comments again and again.

This is not the case with Fast.js as it breaks away from the language specifications. I'd much rather build, profile, and then optimize the few areas that actually require better performance than potentially introduce bugs by replacing the built-in methods.
Overtime I just found myself being more productive and 'happier' while using Sublime. A lot of that comes from the extra functionality it offers (built-in and from numerous plugins). Eg, Markdown preview, image preview, color picker, various project search and management features from SidebarEnhancements.
I still love Vim and use it for editing single files or whenever I remote in to another machine but this new generation of text editor / IDE hybrids just fit my project workflow a bit better.
I purchased a Jawbone UP about 4 months ago specifically for the sleep tracking and smart alarms. I've never felt the need to use it as a fitness tracker because I'm naturally working out more and feeling healthier after consistently getting a good night's sleep.
I'm excited to see what Apple comes up with (though overall I'm not a fan) and I'm also looking forward to the Razer Nabu. I feel like the current offerings in the area are V0.* and they'll be the first 1.0s.
