Hey Peter, I changed job before the 180 day period after filing I-485. I haven’t done the porting ac21 yet. Now I have another company which wants to hire me. Is it ok to take that role and file ac21 which effectively might put me in safe spot to continue my 485? The jobs are all of the same role snd same field. Just don’t want to restart the entire process so wanting to check if this is ok for gc and citizenship?
Just get rid of this meaningless ethical department. Have lawyers worry about ethics, Google focus on your business and continue to grow it. People think companies are democracies - just quit the job instead of feeling the need to change the company because that will just not happen and you will have unnecessary stress
So you look at GDP as the one factor to determine your facts. The fact that you are comparing a Country with 2.5 million People vs a country with 1.3 billion people tells me more about you than I need to.
