I think the difference is that we can choose not to buy products, but we can't choose a different government. So one stifles competition but the other stifles reform.

They are not asking you to be unbiased. They are asking you not to treat others with bias. Thoughts vs. actions.

I was in Zion National Park about a month ago and overheard two rangers talking about these drones. At the time, it was illegal to take off or land inside the park but, as they did not control the airspace, you could fly them in the air.

I believe the 'veil' he references is from this poem by Shelley (which he quotes in PiHKAL):

  "Lift not the painted veil which those who live
  Call Life: though unreal shapes be pictured there,

A website that lets you watch the second episode of many television shows. The pilot episode, I feel, is usually not indicative of the direction/feeling of the show, or is concerned with setting up the backstory, whereas the second episode sets the direction for where the show is going.
