It's not that the websites would pose as a security risk, or store any valuable information, it's just plain corruption ...

Knowledge should be free of charge, you pay with the effort and time that you put in. We have to liberate the world of such evil (for-profit) institutions like JSTOR. They should be replaced with an all nation supported organisation and be accessible just like wikipedia. Can we even argue with this?
