I would not be surprised to hear it was sparked by Islamic extremists. According to wikipedia there were two known attempts on the cathedral in the past 3 years:

> 10 February 2017: Police arrested four people in Montpellier, France, including a 16-year-old girl and a 20-year-old man already known by authorities to have ties to extremist Islamist organizations, on charges of plotting to travel to Paris and attack the cathedral.[37]
If I told you three hospitals were targets of attacks, then a similar situation happened at a fourth hospital, would your first thought be that it was an accident?
If they want jobs as a developer there are plenty. If they see NEETs that just play video games all day it's probably their own lifestyle choices that are at fault
I'm not sure if/what they changed in the distribution itself, but tooling optimizations are in the list:

I believe his complaint was with multiple projects, each one has it's own set of essential programs, and switching between projects means closing down one set and opening another
I always have difficulties with drivers on linux. Never on Windows. Until they fix that I cannot use anything other than windows as my base system. I don't care if linux handles things slightly better
I would say a more accurate distinction is breaking into someone's home vs trying to break into a military base. In the first case you're likely to get arrested, in the second they'll probably shoot first and ask questions later
