> Norway, Denmark and Finland all have no rent control
Norway does not, not sure about Finland, but Denmark definitely has a form of rent control. There are ceilings on rent that will be determined by appeal to a local rental board. There are exceptions however, anything built from 1992 and onwards, as well as some different rules for units that have undergone major renovations.
You only know of? I don't have any skin in the game, but there are plenty of competitors in this space. Reducing a criticism to the one HN frequenter you're aware of seems, well premature and unfounded.
That's pretty neat. The suggestion tooltip in it's current form is a bit annoying though. I actually did type my email correctly, it even has a gravatar, but I can't stop the suggestion from overlaying half the password field.
Also, on a failed login attempt I usually typed my password incorrectly, not my email (especially when I can even see my gravatar). So you might want to keep the email field populated.
I think the cause for concern is the mere possibility that you can be drawn in to a legal battle in a foreign country over your domain, without even operating in it.
I'm just thinking this would be better suited for a quite simple php script/framework you could download, since it's not in any way meant for deployment.
