I live in a major city in the Philippines, and free WiFi is becoming more of a rarity nowadays. Not even Starbucks and other big chain restaurants, malls, and cafes offer WiFi anymore because of how widely available data is. They expect you to bring your own data and tether if you want to browse or do some work.
In more rural areas, WiFi is definitely not widely available. On the rare chance it’s even offered, it’s usually “piso WiFi” paid by the minute.

Korea is East Asian. Southeast Asia consists of Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
The toolkit in the packages by default is old though. I was setting up JAX on a Ubuntu 20.04 WSL 2 install and it was complaining about ptxas being old and giving bad results.

It’s like having a “What is sorting?” article with bubblesort as the algorithm of focus. It’s easy to explain and answers the question. Yes, time complexity is fundamental to designing algorithms but it’s not something necessary for an introductory article.
Interesting to me is that a lot of native apps have similar functionality with the Alt key to navigate menus. Certain menu options would have an underlined character and you'd hit that character to select it like in Spacemacs.
I never use those in apps outside of Spacemacs. I think the bottom bar succinctly showing you all the options when you hit space/comma really makes discoverability a lot easier than in traditional apps.

I think Synergy does what you needed with Teleport. I used it at work a while back when I had Apple devices and it worked great as long as I had the MacBook set up as the host.
It's not even just scrolling, a lot of my relatives who are still in the Philippines tend to comment on or interact with just about everything that pops up on their feed. I think it's mostly because of the widespread diaspora and desire to stay in touch with the many people they know back home and abroad.
