Yes. I started playing Chess in the past year. I realy love it and getting more and more addicted every day. I decided to purchase a subscription for Chess.com where they have lots of video lesson, puzzles and also allow you to analyze the games you play.

I love National Geographic and have been a subsciber of this magazine for more than 10 years now.When I read this magazine which is full with amazing photos and graphs I am always taken to a very exciting and absurbing place.
Another magazine which I also love and subscribed to for the last years is Popular Science which I highly recommand.
1. For me, music that I like and especially Mozart can improve my mood and make me feel much more relaxed and in the moment.
2. Meeting with Friends! although in Covid times it is much difficult. Even if you meet with a friend or family once or twice a week it can make a different.
3. Learning something new that interests you by taking online courses.
4. Sometimes just going offline and just resting and letting you mind wander can improve your mood.
