your feelings are not of interest here. If you want to create web apps on a professional level, you have to provide no-js fallback that works everywhere, that is the technical standard. Nobody is interested in how many hours you spend weekly to grow your beard.
Very important also: avoid webmasters that put lots of trackers on their websites - for a few bucks they are selling your identity and make you trackable, these guys have no morality and are thiefs. Some of them even go so far to fabricate postings about how to use the web "anon" and still put lots of trackers on their website to make you identifiable!
Also some of these webmasters allow discussion only via a centralized service that again wants to identify you - also that centralized service is great to track your activity. Even more: these centralized discussion services will censor your comment when you are using any kind of vpn or tor or a mailinator address - you can identify collaborateurs of the privacy-destroying industry very easy by this alone.
All these webmasters and centralized services are the real scum of the web and must be avoided.
You lost your moral compass and an ethical and responsible view of the world - this is a serious mental health problem and can be healed by love.
It is not "your money" and it is not "your planet" and it is not about "you you you". You are living here on planet earth just as a guest. Of course you can choose, how to behave.
"Hey, I am Matt, I just wasted 19 M Dollars to buy a TLD. I know, this is plain disgusting and it feels like a kick in the face of humanity, so I decided to spend another 190 M Dollars to pay the medical costs for children with heavy health problems to parents who can not afford the health care.
Another 190 M I will spend to send medical equipment to Syria and help to rebuild the hospitals that have been destroyed by US bombs.
If you have more ideas on how to spend my money usefully, please fill out that form..."
Of course he will write much better english than me.
