If you are going to do a code challenge, and take time out of your life to work on something without pay, the very least a company should do in return is provide feedback, good or bad. too many times I've done a code challenge and it's never even mentioned in follow up interviews. And if I don't pass the challenge, I should learn something from my time spent, right?
