you got a simple point, why the hell the inactive memory does not get smaller? i think apple should put a list showing which apps leave an inactive memory

he is right but not complete, its not the fault with your senators or representatives, its about the system that feeds the so called democracy. We must learn why the companies are so interested in politics and what they gain from these bills like this one.
and a little advice, try to eat low glycemic indexed foods all the time, they will make you feel full all the time and they are generally quality food that everyone needs to have. Plus, you will not have to take in-between meals 'cause you won't be hungry ; )
this reminds me of the great movie invention of lying. Imagine a world where there is no lying, even in the smallest sense as possible. Brutal honesty, that is. There aren't even cinemas in that world, you can imagine ; )
No one should be put in a dilemma like that, human life&death is not something that can be processed by insurance companies as logical/profitable. Our govts must be able to provide free health care at least for the dying. And no family should be seperated like that they cannot get together when one of them is dying and needs all the attention.

a very good post, but he seemed a little confused with the open source / free software paradigm. He must have known that open source software can be charged, the point is that you have to share the source code you are selling!!
i still think they have to make the conditions much nicer for win developers, recognizing the gap between apple store, android market and the baby win store.
