I first thought you meant something different by "jwz". After seeing some of the photos from that "all-ages dancing" hellhole, my intuition seems right.
I'd caution anyone on this ideological path that I can see you're on. I had a friend who used to say things exactly like this who is now terribly anti-Semitic. It's important to remember that many of these very wealthy, influential people and groups in media, finance, etc are there by merit and what may seem like nepotism to us is merely a coping mechanism by a historically persecuted and oppressed people.
If it helps, you may consider this the (much) lesser of two evils.
This is exactly the kind of language used by the unbearable sort of person who insists on a CoC.

Unless you're CoC is targeted toward a hypersensitive kindergarten, that language has no place. You need to realise that it's extremely unprofessional, infantilising, and patronising. You're going to alienate a lot of talented people who have no patience for that rubbish. You're going to be on the fast track to a mess where blue-haired amateurs are feverishly reminding everyone of their pronouns rather than having a group of grounded, professional adults getting things done.
