Not really. Stop-motion music videos have been done quite a bit, especially 10 years ago and more. There was a time before CGI when artists shot "videos" on film and computers weren't capable of the things they are today.

Also consider the works of Bruce Bickford whom Frank Zappa hired to work on several videos. This guy is a genius/savant, I don't know which. Zappa saw the genius and funded some incredible work.
1) "stop-motion" has nothing to do with slowing things down, 2) it may well be "technically" time-lapse video (but not "of course"), 3) you seemed to have missed the point of both stop-motion and time-lapse video, and 4) you are an idiot.
Improvements to javascript would be great, but none are actually needed, the language is quite functional as is. Learn how to code or use coffeescript or develop your own new language to compile into javascript to support whatever language crutches you need.
