yes but what about users like me. used it for years, then find out they can decrypt all my files. then i learnt they owe my files accordingly to their new tos. that made me spent one weekend to actually move my data out of their box. even if, arguendo, they would change the rules overnight and made some sort of promise of not doing evil anymore, it is still going to be a sick organism (to me) that i wouldnt touch it with my file(s) ever again.

none of this is relevant. if you don't know, I have you know in US there are tens of thousands abortions legally made every day. There are thousands of court orders to separate natural born children from their parents, legally, every day. What on earth would made you think someone at DHS or ICE or BIA would cry a single tear over this or another person's story?? this is United States of America! We bomb foreign countries in the name of peace in US by using remote drones killing hundreds of thousands mothers, fathers, wifes and children. If the world is like a school class, then US is a bully rich brat that can do whatever it feels like and there is nothing you can do!

but rest assured the party will be over soon. thanks to its foreign predator policy, us always had 40% less expensive oil than others, so this could be so called "dream land" because human dreams are made of pleasures and needs, and both are cheaper in us than anywhere else. once dollar weaken even more the euro/yun basket will replace petro dollar and noone will be interested to discount cruide to us. thanks to supply and demand, within couple weeks you will see prices of everything, starting with diapers, ending on houses skyrocketing. the country will literally implode. game over! but this is already another thread...

my wild prediction (that will get me downvoted big time) is that if a professor at university can get high-quality infrareds of entire country from a "simple" satellite, then a new military satellite that was shoot month ago (secret one) can probably scan an earth surface and take high quality photos of people brains' tumors... in real time!

who would anyone buy from newegg anyways?? they are always slow, prices are the same as others, they charge restocking fee and shipping back fee when returning, its hard to return even if DOA and packing for many items, including fragile hard drives are joke. While newegg is awesome tool to make a wide spectrum research and comparacy, I always end up on Amazon with a real purchase. Amazon did not give me a hard time even once over 5 years. Heck, one piece of headphones I love has really terrible jack -- the let me return it 3 times (!!) even when I was a bit after return window. sometimes I have no idea how they stay in business! note while it sounds like, I do not work for the company. on the downsize, amazon is replacing too many humans with robots, something that newegg completed long time ago (youtube newegg factory automatization)

LOL!! "dont be evil", anyone?? its like you run a business thanks to one promise, has plenty of users signed thanks to that promise, then when it came out the promise was lie, you try to defend yourself: hey! we got so many users and we work hard for them. LOL!

yeah, well sorry, this has nothing to do with artists; something people not having enough to do with music industry have no idea about (no offense). the point is that the elite is still holding to the old rules and as long as there is money to fill their glasses and support with prosti.. and heat houses and pay attorneys, they will fight for every dime, "in the name of those poor artists".

exactly. thats why point B does not work in most government facilities nowadays. try to pay a court case, get drivers license, pay for taxes or your license plate with cash --- a nice clerk will tell you "check, money order or credit card only".

how can "professional manager" burn so much money without any profits, knowing that spending this money will not affect the business (positively) -- is really building your own offices because you seen five premises and dont like the view from windows will sell more toys online??

They ditched a perfectly working MySQL application and migrated to Oracle which caused them to hire Oracle consultants $2000 per day and spend millions on Oracle big-iron. They were hiring out of control. They decided to build a new building to house their new offices because the Ocean Park Blvd offices in Santa Monica weren't pretty enough. They opened up a London office in Piccadilly Circus, the most expensive rental area in London. They replicated their entire USA dev team in the UK for no apparent reason. They started work on a German operation. They launched a warehouse in Belgium (my baby) to service Europe. All execs flew first class between Europe and USA. Engineers were flown around the world as needed. I was even told to expense my groceries while in Santa Monica for 3 months. Trivial, but the little things add up.

--- none of above would have happened, had they hired professional managers, not a bunch of children willing to spend every single dime on anything other than business itself.

apply that list to any business, including apple, google, microsoft, oracle, groupon, you name it, the result would be the same disaster as with etoys.
