I think the OP author meant to say that women who give in to this sexual propositions are encouraging powerful men to repeat that behavior. Guys don't take the risk (and as we can see with all the firings, it's risky behavior) of propositioning women in a business situation unless they have found it to sometimes works. So a subset of female entrepreneurs (probably a minority, but a very influential one in terms of alpha male behavior), along with the alpha males, are ruining entrepreneurship for the chaste entrepreneurs. The chaste entrepreneurs are entitled to call women who get startup funding in this way, and thereby encourage the sexual harassment of many innocent female entrepreneurs, whores.
