The content is very well paced and engaging. The use of Jupyter Notebook really is a great way to demo code. I took Part 1 online (free) and then Part 2 in person ($2000) and feel the money was well spent. TBH, I haven't used it yet, but I enjoyed the classes (they were exciting at times) and I do have a project I'm working towards where I'll use this.
I went looking because I believe it does, and found a Consumerist article, "People Love Their Cars Because They're Lonely", discussing a journal article, "Truly, Madly, Deeply: Consumers in the Throes of Material Possession Love".
I believe it does because the greater distance cars allow you to travel mean the areas you spend your time in are less likely to coincide with the areas others spend time in, so unlike the small town I grew up in, people don't become familiar, then friendships don't form. The car also allows shopping in large supermarkets, which result in the local shops closing down, and chance to become familiar with faces of the staff and fellow customers is lost.
I've been at parties and been recognised ~"I see you cycling along xxx", which I can't imagine happens to people who drive, both due to the enclosed nature of cars and the speed.

Yeah, that wasn’t very clear. He hardly lost his job because of the politician action outside work, is that legal? Maybe it caused him to miss too many days of work and that was used to fire him, maybe by management who wanted to appear faithful to the establishment.
Some people seem to go vegan because they're emotionally off-kilter. I'm in a few vegan Facebook groups and I've seen posts where people are way over-reacting to food cooked on the same surface, or talking about their emotional breakdown over the suffering of animals. I'm vegan almost two years and I'm pretty sure I ate mayo on a burger two weeks ago. I ordered it explicitly without, but sending it back would just create waste and no benefit.
There is a class of drugs called SARMs which are effectively used in bodybuilding but are not FDA approved. Consider too the numerous psychoactive drugs that have been subjectively reported as benign and beneficial, yet are banned. I have no doubt there are many medicines that have been discovered but never brought to market. Why not is the big question: that data isn't generally available. If I am ever struck by chronic illness, I will not be waiting for the FDA to tell me what does and does not work.

Or don't take a job that requires long commutes. People want to live in location A and want a better job in location B and accept the fact they increase the risk of death in others, directly and through pollution, as a reasonable trade-off for their comfort.
I don't drive (34, Sacramento). Most people don't need to drive.
It used to be the case (still is?) that the dates on uploaded photos weren't applied to the photo album. I remember having to go through holiday snaps and change the date on each from the upload date to the actual date. The images were also resized down from what was uploaded.
So, if they have the originals with the full EXIF data, I'd like to be able to use that for my old photos!
My mother had the Freestyle Libre and liked it. Now using a Dexcom which works with her Apple Watch. I just bought her a Dario finger-stick glucose meter for her birthday which plugs into iPhone lightning port ($40!).
It seems less scofflaw companies aren't offered the chance to serve the same markets because criminal companies are let off too lightly.
