I would suggest keeping an open mind. I use LLMs to check, my writing and if could be could improved. English is not first language and I am not confident enough to know if what I wrote comes across professionally or not. May be the author of the blog post has the same issue.

I am in Norway and all I have to do is put a sticker on my mail box, which basically says "No unsolicited mail" which stops the postman from filling my mailbox with junk mail. I usually take off the sticker during Christmas or near black Friday, so I can see if I am missing out on any good deals.
I wonder, if it would make sense, to have a service, which would receive all your mail, sorts it for you, throws out the junk, scans the rest and email that to you. In Norway, I rarely receive any important physical mail, especially since the government has started a secure email service[0], where you can receive your payslip and other important documents from government departments. The senders are pre authorized and pay a small fee to send an email to the user but the service is free for the user of the service.
Galileo isn't second, its 4th or 5th in the market. Depending on how you read the table on this page [1].

Satellite navigation systems broadcast signals on a specific frequency. Anyone listening, should be able to pick up the signal. Therefore I assume infinite capacity.

Although silverlight is not actively being developed anymore it will be supported for a considerable period of time [1]. If you have invested time to develop/learn Silverlight applications, your time was not wasted. The underlying technology (XAML) is also used for desktop (WPF), metro (windows store app) and windows phone 8 applications.

If you want to place your cursor in the middle of some text you've already written, tap and hold the screen near the text you want to change until a cursor appears, then drag your finger to move the cursor exactly where you want it.
If you feel that the default browser is not customizable enough, try UCBrowser[1], it provides an option to open new links in background.
You don't have to move to click the little start menu preview, you don't even have to wait for the preview to show up, you just bring your mouse to the corner and click. There's no aiming, just "throw mouse to corner and click". as commented by sukuriant
