I am creating a desktop piece of software via python and I need to have license keys for x amount of time to use the software (ex. lifetime, yearly, monthly). It would be awesome if it could connect to stripe. The thing im looking for is an easy to integrate method where I can automate the keys and manage them in the cloud without reinventing the wheel.
Here's the way I hope it will work:
Users buy it through stripe checkout
An email is sent with the key
Users enter the key into a gui with the key input
Users key is validated
Users can use the software for as long as they pay for it.
Fake the supply side (aka content) as much as you can if you are trying to reach the existing community as your seed, if possible make sure people are noticing said content (via social/seo). Or simply reach out to said group or person to get a network started. Make sure engagement is kept high and differentiated as people change so being constant is not always the best scenario.
I went old school and asked for a filing cabinet as a gift for the holidays, never been so organized in my life!
A tip from me would be dont sort by categories in files but by the periods of time you worked on stuff, like the clusters of work during an entire month for example helps me recall what was happening and find files I need/ an old idea.

While I know its not an online high school, I'm pretty sure if you check your state law about age of dropping out you could probably enroll him here.
Yes, that was an err on my part for that post. We are adding a getting started guide later this week and in the docs it will include takedown requests. We will also check for copyright!
Good question and were adding more to the about page with this info very soon. For the moment we are planning on affiliate links as revenue. If your link so happens to be one of our affiliates (ie amz or etsy) we'll add the link with ours on it.
Also eventually we will try to do ads that are non-personalized and only related to search, but for posts from ppl on the platform for local areas (they will provide location and so will the users using the site in the settings menu).
