Bought a pair online for less than half the price that the high street were charging. My optometrist gives perscription upon request but PD isn't part of this. I was able to measure the PD myself though (did several measurements using a few different mirrors).
Have been wearing the glasses every day for over a year and they're the clearest and sharpest lenses I've ever had. Don't think I'll ever go back to buying from a store.
[edit] For anyone wondering the methods I used to measure PD, I used a ruler in front of the mirror, a ruler in front of a friend and a couple of online apps like Warby Parker's https://pd.warbyparker.com/ The results were pretty consistent so went ahead with it.
Started making something almost exactly like this just the other day. Although it's more aimed towards how my health/exercise/diet/work/social/mood bounce off each other. Stats like songs played, tweets, etc, don't really hold any value. Would like to see Exist support more manual entry, because a lot of the really valuable personal information won't be found in an API.
This might be pedantic but I wouldn't consider jQuery a framework at all.
For the OP: Most of the frameworks out there have different advantages/disadvantages. Some are relatively easy to just dip part of a project into, while some will completely take over how you structure your project. I would continue learning JS until you really know you could benefit from a framework and why. Don't fall into the trap of looking for the 'best' framework, because there is not one.
Not harsh at all. The photos the author posted are just snapshots, any camera (or person) could take them. If he had a higher-end camera he could learn more about photography, but if his aim is just to take snapshots of daily life then of course his phone will be the best tool for it.
