Have a work schedule of about three goals at a time. Start at the beginning for each and take each to where you don't have control any more. Then move on to the next set of three, then repeat the process.

Hello, productivity should not be measured on hours worked per day but on scheduled tasks completed per day. To increase productivity, have a work plan and set up realistic deadlines, break them down to daily routine with room for non-routine. Then do all you can to complete daily tasks without carrying over. But if you should carry over a few, begin the following day with those ones, before taking up new ones. As you make progress, try to increase your work load.

Well, it depends on your method of assessment and criteria. Big companies, in their effort to keep cost down, put workers into relatively larger groups for purposes of monitoring and assessment of performances. However, very high standards are used for assessment and promotion. Remember, we are talking about big companies where so many high flying professionals are competiting seriously among themselves, to work for, for the money, the prestige and the boost to their profiles.
Furthermore, at a big company, workers tend to work together as a more united team. So the flaws of one or a few, are easily swallowed up by the sterling performances of the whole.

I would love to teach youths and women in a developing country about how to start a small scale business with at least USD100. I would want to reach out to at least 1,000 participants every month and take the project to every part of the country. And I would give them manuals, help them begin and stabilize.
If I could have your email address, I will send the details to you.
Hello my brother, I can reach you and I can connect to what you are passing through, having being down that path in the past. The best things in life are free and quality education can be obtained at next to nothing, just be prepared to sacrifice your leisure time and equip yourself for a future that will be brighter and better. You can access almost web development books and reading materials on the internet and your local library. When I realized that the entire essence of being here on earth is to help others fulfil their goals, I made up my mind to come up with ways of helping others solve few of their problems. In this regard, I have achieved an encouraging success in 2015. And I am now fired up to continue and make it a life long pursuit. I am totally convinced that if one should dedicate resources to serving others, the returns would exceed costs. I am opened to suggestions, advice and partnership. Thank you all.

Io share what I have learnt and keep learning about success and why so many people are failing in life. I share how to deal with depression, frustration, fear, a failing relationship and the challenges of starting a business. I leverage on my training, my passion for research and teaching and, my desire to always put a smile on a face. I read a lot of materials every day and talk to a lot of people every week, to learn more and to share lots of stuff that have impact on life. I try to keep my posts brief, simple and delivered in a poetic form. So, please come over and check out the blog:
You may not need to research so much by talking to too many people before you come up with what people want. If you could come up with something that satisfies one of human's basic needs, then you have created what people want. And as a human being, it is easy to figure out the basic needs of humans. When you have designed one, roll it out, let the people have it and wait for the feedback. Use the feedback to improve and consolidate. Success is a process that abhors delay and postponement.

Hi, people generally go to a speciaist when they have a problem they can't solve on their own. They believe that a specialist has the requisite training and experience to help them solve their problem at the risk of making the barest of mistakes. Generalists on the other hand, are believed not to dominate any area of life as problem solvers. So, people don't trust them to solve their problems.
