It sounds like loitering teenagers are a big problem in the UK. I wonder why the "solutions" seem to be in the form of driving the kids away rather than solving whatever the actual problem is. Provide the kids with activities, send adults out to talk to the kids, let them work, etc., etc.

Treating the symptoms doesn't cure the disease.

And what about pregnant mothers and others with adult acne?I see the attempt but do not agree with the execution.
