Soooooooo how does it work? Is there a daemon/agent installed? Script you run occasionally? Manually run backups? Incremental diffs? # of copies? SLA? Security/encryption?

Sorry, but there seems to be a lot missing from the site considering we are talking about backing up DBs.

Also, there really should be legal documentation on their site. Terms of service, AUP, and an SLA as well.

One of the team members thought it would be funny to make it 27/7 support. I don't get it either.

We are actually in the process of writing a Terms of Service right now, we are aware that is very important.
