Its the FT and in this case is to make the point discussed in the article, and that apparently comes directly from OpenAI. From 3 to 50 FTE on lobbying is a lot of pesetas...

I was just going to comment on that. You mean they aren't expanding their lobbying team to fill out their softball roster.
You could get yourself some tax cuts or subsidies. It's not only regulation.

Just out of curiosity, is WSJ just editorializing here by re-stating the obvious, or are there actually any other reasons to "expand (your) lobbying team" than to "influence regulation(s)"?
