Please help - best way to transfer money to Russia?
Hi, We've been paying a contractor in Russia via Payoneer for the last couple years - no problems - but recently got an ominous letter from Payoneer suggesting that unless we become an "affiliate" of Payoneer we may not be able to continue loading money to our contractors debit card. Something sounded ominous about this - and I think we may need a better solution for transferring money. What other services like Payoneer would you suggest?
