I thought this idea was interesting because it illustrates that even in a market as competitive and saturated as online dating, there are still problems that have yet to be addressed.

While all these other companies are focused only on connecting people, this site asked the simple question "why didn't my connection work out?"

Like the idea or not, I think it's a good example of entering a tough market by asking questions that the other guys are missing.
