after checking i'm a human, it sent me to something for link shortening? idk, it made no sense, sorry.
Yeah, I don't understand what the site is doing. According to the footer, it's a link-shortening service of some sort, but it's not clear how it's supposed to be used or what is happening after the "human" check.
EDIT: Oh, I see. It's pretty bizarre and I don't know how they make money, but here's what they say:
