Topics run the gamut of what's interesting and trending in "languages, libraries, tools, and techniques." Another approach that might help you find jumping off points for topics would be to review how we got here with a book like Ideas that Created the Future: https://mitpress.mit.edu/books/ideas-created-future. If you're primarily interested in opinionated lists of new libraries and stacks, Thoughtworks' Technology Radar https://www.thoughtworks.com/radar is a nice compilation that's updated on a somewhat regular basis.

I think you are better off learning one (or two) of those things in detail as opposed to just browsing.
I am "management/director" level, so I don't need to go too much in depth in any specific topic. But I need to know enough to help my teams and clients and to make sound architecture decisions.
Well, for most of the topics that you bring up I think you might reach opposite conclusions based on a superficial examination as opposed to having a deep understanding.
For instance AI, ML, Blockchain all have a lot of hype. You don't want to drink the Flavor Aid on these.
GraphQL is also quite controversial, it is connected with the theme of "APIs that take rather than give".

I am planning to read 1 to 2 articles every day across a variety of topics: ML, blockchain, architecture, AI, management, cloud, graphql, etc etc...
