This has got to be the among the most egregious breaches of the constitution I've ever heard of.
Yet, somehow, I haven't heard of it anywhere else in the media. How the hell does Jenna Bush's wedding merit more coverage than this and the hurricane in Burma?

Unfortunately (depending on the party in question), patent law shares at least one trait with ducks – getting that duck to walk backwards is next-to-impossible.
