Hmmmm, well, the last time I checked my code library, it didn't display its race, its religion, its sex/sexual orientation, or its ethnicity.
A segregated coder group is self-serving in that it divides everyone by race/sex/religious agendas (e.g. color of skin) rather than advancing those for their skill/talent/ability to solve problems (e.g., content of character).
