I'd reckon sense of humor to be good indicator. If you're about to tell a joke in a room full of people, some people can consistently gauge early where you're going with it. And I find that intelligent.
Is there a SOTA library for common web scraping issues at scale( especially distributed over cluster of nodes) for Captcha detection, IP rotation, Rate throttling, Queue Management etc.?

Got a quick question if someone can answer. Is is some how possible to use OBS stream with Jitsi? For my use case, I work with an one MS-Excel window capture & my webcam input capture in the corner, to explain some concepts to my students.
