I suspect almost everyone who is savvy is already using LLMs instead of Google, I have been for awhile. (If you only read the summary from google and don’t actually click on results links you are also using an LLM)
This has nothing to do with EVs, and likely all new Hyundais do (or will?) use this same diagnostic system.
For comparison, Teslas do not require purchase of their software for basic maintenance, the service mode that is accessible to the user is amazing, has so many diagnostics tools available for free.
Oh and by the way, from my experience Teslas don’t ever need brake pads replaced unless you are taking the car to the track. I suspect the same is true for most other EVs.
Let’s have restaurants raise prices to cover employee salaries, and make it illegal for them to ask for tips. Customers who want to tip need to do so without solicitation. (Not sure how this would work with credit card terminals though).
The explanation is likely simple: the owner of the car left their car unlocked and either had the key card on the center console, or left their paired phone (which acts as the key) inside the car.
These details were likely left out to make a more interesting story.
Long term solar + EVs will win. With enough solar panels and backup batteries no generators are needed. Currently they are too expensive, but will become more affordable in the future.
