It took me w while to find out what FLoC is. It stands for "Federated Learning of Cohorts". Both this post and the one from brave never expands this abbreviation.
If you haven't tried out AdGuard Home, I can highly recommend it. Has same feature set as Pi-Hole and support DoT as well. It's also super trivial to install since it's just a Go binary. Have been using it for ages now and love it!
Cloudron can backup to a variety of destinations including S3/GCS/Backblaze (https://docs.cloudron.io/backups/#storage-providers). I guess it depends on what you mean by "service". If you mean running something for a million users, we are not the right product. Cloudron is meant to setup services for personal use and businesses. Our target audience has 10k users max.
This is exactly what we do :) check out our demo at https://cloudron.io. Another user commented there is no market for this, but this is not true since we exist and are doing well. Its a niche but this is expected since this is a developing market.
