of course it has to, because no one knows about it... too bad they didnt use it in the title, because even with HN's highly limited title length, I think it would have fit
that's about 0.0539% of 1 trillion. Apple is worth about 3 trillions. So about 0.02%... I wish I could pay 0.02% of my worth to make any issue go away.
Seems like a REALLY small fine for an anti-trust issue.
