For me, what emerges from this story is the lack of anticipation on the part of the French government. For years, nuclear power was discredited because it was not environmentally friendly, so we shut down power plants, and now we have to refabricate them? All this makes no sense. Moreover, the production of a nuclear power plant is very long, how are we going to do it in the meantime?

I don't think it's a good thing buying a vinyl turntable nowadays. There is a current hype with vinyl, but I am not sure it will last. Many people say that vinyl has a superior sound, but this is mainly because a good turntable adds some bass to the sound (And sometimes treble), compensating the lack of bass of bad loudspeakers, but with real good loudspeakers, CD usually sounds better
The problem is not only the right to repair, but that some product available for sale, are of such bad quality, that they will work only for a very limited time. Buying a good brand is the most important thing. For example, a good brand will provide spare parts to allow you to repair yourself
