Have you ever had any experience before with skateboards? Skateboards are one of those things that look so so easy but in reality have a very steep learning curve (however I haven't tried any electric one).
Add to this list this awful new trend (twitter does that too) that every time I open instagram they "suggest" someone to follow. I think I follow like 40 ppl. More than enough for me. Not for them.

Assuming what Apple said in the open letter is true:

Is like ask the Company to create a tool/masterkey able to open "just that safe".
I well know that in software you can make the OS to auto destroy itself (TTL) etc... but still imagine that after they get the OS they will copy it and start reverse engineering it.
100% agree, without consider another market is IMO a no brainer: Gaming!
They have the biggest AppStore out there and yet they waited many years to let people playing with it on tv in a indecent way!
I'm not saying that a powerful AppleTV an improved AppStore market can replace PS/XBONE but has a great potential to compete with WII as iPhone did with Gamboy.
Talking about Nintendo. I don't yet understand why they bought Beats.
I would bought Nintendo or steal a contract from them to license their titles (Mario, Zelda etc... will run perfectly on a iOS TV device)!
