Hopelessly editorialized title to make the post sound more racist than it actually is. The quotation is "To understand what’s wrong with our public education system, you have to look at what’s arguably the most powerful force in our schools: White parents."
How is that an opinion of the content of the piece? Its a rewording sure but the content is the same.
